Vision Statement

RFF is a charitable foundation (501c3 pending) formed by community volunteers to address local practical concerns through philanthropic endeavors. We focus on local health and welfare needs, emergency needs, homelessness and scholarships while being open to help with other community concerns in our area. We plan to be engaged in a variety of local activities in order to assist, unify, educate, and support other likeminded organizations and groups.
